Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful of our cancellation policy, which requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. Kindly ensure timely access to your property and provide any necessary access instructions. If you have pets, please secure them in a separate area during the cleaning. Additionally, please safeguard any valuables or fragile items beforehand. Your feedback is important to us, so feel free to share any concerns or suggestions. Should you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Our refrigerator cleaning service includes thorough interior cleaning, sanitization of surfaces, and removal of expired items and spills. While we take responsibility for maintaining cleanliness and using appropriate cleaning methods, we do not assume liability for pre-existing damages like scratches or dents. We are not responsible for slips and falls resulting from clients walking by during the cleaning process. Items left inside the refrigerator are the homeowner's responsibility. We aim to prevent accidents during the cleaning process but are not liable for damages resulting from mishandling or misuse of the refrigerator. Once our team completes the service and leaves your premises, the responsibility for the refrigerator's condition reverts to the homeowner.
