Cancellation Policy

Please be mindful of our cancellation policy, which requires a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process. Kindly ensure timely access to your property and provide any necessary access instructions. If you have pets, please secure them in a separate area during the cleaning. Additionally, please safeguard any valuables or fragile items beforehand. Your feedback is important to us, so feel free to share any concerns or suggestions. Should you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
